In the fall, it's time to get the blower out of the closet and remove the fallen leaves, but most of the time of the year this tool is idle. This is extremely irrational, but if the capacity of the unit exceeds 700 m³ of air per hour, then you can turn it ... into a hovercraft. Not so much a real vehicle, of course, as entertainment for the household.
You will need:
- Air blower, better wireless;
- Several sheets of thick, durable plywood;
- Old bathroom curtain or similar material;
- Screws and tape;
- High chair, outdoor or similar.
Step 1. We cut out a circle with a diameter of 2 m from plywood. Cut out a circle with a diameter of 15-20 cm larger than the plywood one from the curtain. In the plywood circle, at a distance of 20 cm from the edge, cut a hole for the blower pipe.
Step 2. Place the plywood on the fabric, wrap the edges and secure them to the plywood. You can use glue, scotch tape, paper clips of a construction stapler - which is more convenient.
Step 3. Turn the structure upside down. Cut out a circle with a diameter of 15 cm from the scraps of plywood and attach it in the center of the large circle. Around this part, at a distance of 10 cm, cut 6 holes with a diameter of 5 cm at regular intervals.
Step 4. We turn the platform over, mount the blower, attach the chair. Make sure that the fasteners do not pierce the plywood through and do not damage the fabric from the back. The product is ready and can be tested on any flat surface.
